Welcome to Alcohol Awareness Week 2010
This year, from the 4th – 10th October, Alcohol Awareness Week will be asking Scots How do you measure up?
The aim is to encourage them to think about how many units of alcohol they are drinking and to stick to the sensible drinking guidelines of not regularly drinking more than 3 – 4 units per day for men and 2 - 3 units per day for women.
Scotland's fourth annual Alcohol Awareness Week sees the drinks industry, health professionals, the voluntary sector and the Scottish Government join forces to encourage responsible drinking through a programme of events and initiatives.
New website coming soon… with loads more information about Alcohol Awareness Week 2010, including an online unit calculator and a weekly drink diary.
